ALUMNI E-TRIEVER

The UMBC Alumni E-Triever is a free monthly e-newsletter containing alumni news, events and discounts, as well as information about athletics, the arts, careers, continuing education and more. All UMBC alumni with current e-mail addresses will automatically receive the Alumni E-Triever via e-mail at the beginning of each month. C-YA Wine Tasting – Don't miss out on the Chapter of Young Alumni's wine tasting at Tide Point on March 10 from 7 - 9 p.m. Tickets are $10 and include hors d'oeuvres and a selection of ten wines. Event open to 1990-2005 grads.  RSVP here by March 8.

Retriever Net Countdown  – Check out the new alumni Web site, Retriever Net , for info on upcoming events, stories about alums and more. And keep your eyes on your snail mailbox this month and next for a series of postcards in which you'll receive a login and password so you can join in the new online community.

Celebrate Diversity: The Alumni Association is purchasing group discount tickets for the American Visionary Art Museum's current exhibition, "Race/Class/Gender Does Not Equal Character."  Date and ticket price tbd, but if you'd like to get an advance e-mail about the event, e-mail alum@umbc.edu.
