At UMBC, you truly are considered an “Alum From Day One.” Founded in 1970, the UMBC Alumni Association provides UMBC’s almost 50,000 alumni in Maryland and throughout the world with a life-long connection to the University through:

Each year, the association celebrates the achievements of fellow alumni at its signature event, the Alumni Awards Reception and Ceremony in February. Read about this year's award winners.

The Alumni Board

The UMBC Alumni Association is governed by a 25-member Board of Directors which meets four times a year to discuss matters of interest to all alumni, including planning events and raising funds for the association and the University. Meet the Board of Directors here.
